Clinical Manager - Oncology Services - Bermuda Relocation

An Oncology service is looking for a Clinical Manager in Bermuda! Why Bermuda?

You will provide leadership and act as a role model for staff. This position will require you to provide direct patient care including chemotherapy and patient assessment, coordinating multi-disciplinary meetings, e.g., tumour board, collecting and preparing department statistics. You will direct all staff in their daily duties as well as liaising with other healthcare professionals and organisations. Duties & responsibilities as Clinical Manager:

• Ensure action plans are implemented within their department to meet the organization's strategic goals as measured by the strategic and departmental dashboards
• Offer clinical expertise and leadership as requested by their Director in carrying out the Strategic Direction and service development
• Collaborates= with other managers as appropriate to promote system solutions and resolve issues that cross departmental lines
• Collection and preparation of department statistics

We're looking for a Clinical Manager with:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Master's Candidate (MSN), preferred
• Current registration as required by the Bermuda Nursing Council (or transferable, e.g. NMC)
• Post graduate certification in a specialty (Oncology nursing) would be an asset
• Minimum Five years management experience (either in a supervisory or functional area)
• Minimum of 2 years in Oncology/ Chemotherapy experience
• Diploma in Supervisory Management or other Management certification will be an asset
• Current ACLS, CPR registration and I.V. Therapy Certification
