We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team at an Ofsted Good, a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sutton.

About the Role:You will be responsible for supervising children during the lunchtime period, both in the dining hall and playground, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting positive behaviour and good manners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising pupils in the lunch hall, playground, and school premises.

• Assisting with the organisation and serving of lunches where required.

• Encouraging healthy eating and positive social interaction.

• Managing behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy.

• Providing basic first aid (training will be provided if needed).

• Reporting any concerns or incidents to senior staff.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with children and has a caring, patient attitude.

• Is punctual, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.

• Can use initiative and remain calm under pressure.

• Has previous experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable, but not essential).
