Location: Kingston, Milton Keynes
Salary: up to 31k per annum
Shift Pattern: Rotational 6am-6pm Days and 6pm-6am Nights, 3on3off rotating 2on2off

What You ll Do:

• Operate mixers and production lines to create high-quality tortillas.
• Perform product changeovers and adjust dough and machine settings for optimal quality.
• Carry out and record quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Minimize downtime and waste while ensuring production targets are met.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a smooth production flow and safe work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement and actively contribute to problem-solving initiatives.

What We re Looking For:

• Experience: Hands-on expertise with dough mixing and bakery production lines.
• Team Player: Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
• Problem Solver: Ability to address and report issues swiftly and effectively.
• Flexibility: Willing to work on a rotational shift pattern, including nights and weekends.

Desirable Skills:

• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certification
• Manual Handling and HACCP Knowledge
