Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic team in a rewarding environment? My client is looking for a Full-Time Helpdesk operator to provide administrative support.
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by:
- Managing internal and external communications with professionalism and efficiency.
- Logging engineers to call-outs
- Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintaining personnel records, training matrices, and timesheets
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Using helpdesk and asset management systems to manage workflows and queries.
What you'll need to succeed Experience: Previous admin and customer-facing experience is required.Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset.Reliable, discreet, calm under pressure, and committed to continuous improvement.What you'll get in return 25-day holiday
