Company & Project: An award winning Main Contractor operating in the Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure & Retail sectors on a regional basis, are seeking to recruit and experienced and effective Assistant M&E/Building Services professional to complement their Construction Delivery team, based in Kent.

Our client has an enviable order book already secured for 2025 and they are looking for a talented M&E professional to take responsibility for managing subcontractors through from pre-construction design stages, installation and commissioning.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the M&E packages on multiple regional projects.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing all aspects of M&E Services for those projects, to include but not limited to: specification, design, procurement of sub-contractors, health & safety, installation, snagging and commissioning.
A good knowledge of assurance processes, standards and codes of practice is essential.

Desirable Experience:

• Previously held Assistant Building Services Manager or Assistant M&E Manager or Assistant Engineer roles with Top 100 Main Contractors or Specialist Sub-Contractors.
• Good communication skills.
• Full project lifecycle experience.
• Varied sector experience across multiple sectors.
• Previous Roles: Trainee Building Services Manager OR Assistant M&E Manager OR Assistant Building Services Engineer OR Assistant Engineer or Graduate Engineer.

Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, HNC or HND or comparable qualification and experience.
