Job Title: Administrator

Hill Mcglynn Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator for our esteemed electrical client in Enfield. This is a full-time position, working five days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the reception area, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls.
- Performing general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
- Supporting other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
