Salter Grange have partnered with a main contractor for the recruitment of an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the fit-out of a prestigious 138 million commercial development in the City of London.

This role demands a hands-on leader who can successfully navigate the challenges of a complex, fast-paced fit-out phase, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and delivery on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of the fit-out for the 138m commercial project, ensuring alignment with the design vision, budget, and timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Develop and maintain detailed programmes, tracking progress and implementing effective corrective measures as needed.
• Identify and manage project risks while ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Take responsibility for project finances, driving value engineering opportunities while maintaining the integrity of the design intent.
• Lead, inspire, and manage the site and project team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

• Proven track record managing high-value fit-out projects within commercial developments
• Strong understanding of complex fit-out projects
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and engage stakeholders
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with construction regulations and standards
