Our client, a leading creative production studio, is seeking an Inbound Operations Associate to support the smooth handling, preparation and organisation of products entering the studio workflow.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who comfortable working in a fast-paced studio or warehouse environment. You will play a key part in ensuring products are received, processed and prepared efficiently ahead of photography and production activity.
This is an on-site role based in London, working within the operations and studio team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Receiving, scanning and checking incoming stock into internal systems.
• Assisting with loading and unloading vans and handling pallets and boxes.
• Unboxing, preparing and organising products ahead of shooting.
• Documenting any missing, damaged or faulty items.
• Maintaining a clean, organised studio and storage environment.
• Adhering to company safety processes and handling procedures.
• Assisting with basic troubleshooting of product issues.
• Supporting administrative and studio operations tasks as required.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key requirements include:
• Experience in inbound, prep, studio, warehouse or production environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with inventory or stock management systems.
• Comfortable using basic digital tools (Excel, Word, data entry systems).
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
