Job Title: Mortgage Adviser

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum plus commission (realistic OTE £100,000)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs
• Manage client relationships with professionalism and care

• Keep up to date with relevant regulations, products, and market developments
• Maintain accurate records in line with compliance requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser or in a similar advisory role
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• A results-driven and proactive approach

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
• Compared to other firms, our model is very different. Because we provide brokers with full administrative support and a steady stream of untapped new leads, an experienced adviser can realistically expect to earn £7,000-£8,000 per month (around £100,000 per annum). That level of earning potential is rare in most other mortgage firms
