Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading residential developer and are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their development in West London.

The scheme consists of a 4 Story Podium with a supermarket and 7 Residential Blocks above. 2 Blocks are Housing Association and 5 Blocks are Private - total units of 473.

Piling starts in the summer of next year and between then and now the focus is on design, procurement, demolition and site set up.

The position will involve being based in Hertfordshire for 2025 with a view to moving to site in early 2026.
