We're looking for a Chef de Partie - Staff Chef to take the lead in our Staff Restaurant, ensuring our team is fuelled with fresh, nutritious and delicious meals every day.

• Prepare and serve daily meals for our staff, offering a variety of balanced and appealing options.

• Ensure menus are creative, seasonal, and cater to different dietary needs.

• Manage your section efficiently, keeping high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

• Support in ordering and stock control, minimising waste and managing costs effectively.

• Maintain a clean, organised and compliant kitchen environment.

Salary: £35,797 p/a tronc, plus benefits
