We are currently looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant - Park Lounge Bar, to join our Food and Beverage department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Food & Beverage Attendant - Park Lounge Bar, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Guest Experience - Welcome guests warmly and professionally, guide them through the menu and specials, and provide attentive food and beverage service that exceeds expectations.
• Operational Excellence - Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, order taking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Late-Night Availability - This is a late-night position. During the events season, shifts may extend until 3:00-4:00 AM, 3-4 times per week. Standard bar closing time is 1:00 AM, with team finish expected around 1:30 AM.
• Team Collaboration - Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow, uphold company standards (including SOPs, AA, and LQA), and contribute to a positive and professional team environment.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
