Salary - Part time - £22,091 to £27,801 per annum based on £33,135 to £41,700 for full time. 24 hours per week. (Mon, Tue, Thu)

Holiday- 42 days plus bank holidays pro rata for part time

Location - Broxbourne Campus

About the Role

We are looking for an inspirational Lecturer Health and Social Care with excellent organisational and programme management skills.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
• Support and motivate students to achieve their best
• Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation
• Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively
• If you're passionate about teaching and eager to contribute to the success of both students and educational programmes, this is the perfect opportunity to shine.

About You

You will bring:

Teacher training qualification such as a PGCE or DTLLS, or willingness to complete in a specified timeframe

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above

Demonstrable experience within Childcare / Health and Social Care setting or teaching experience in subject specialism in an FE/HE environment

Experience of working with or supporting young people aged 16-19 along with those with additional needs

A real passion for creating positive learning experiences
