About therole

As a Senior Manager in ourBanking IT Audit practice, you will lead complex audit engagementsfor high-profile clients, primarily within the Banking sector. Areyou ready to showcase your expertise in IT controls-based auditingand build strong relationships with senior stakeholders? You willoversee teams, manage challenging engagements, and play a pivotalrole in maintaining the highest technical standards. The key responsibilities as a Managerin the National IT Audit team:

• Lead and deliver IT controls-based audits, including ITGeneral Controls, application controls, and IPE testing, forbanking clients across the UK.
• Plan, manage,and execute audit engagements, ensuring compliance with qualitystandards and timelines.
• Do you thrive inleadership roles? You'll oversee teams, manage their performance,and mentor junior colleagues to support theirdevelopment.
• Act as the primary contact forsenior stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationshipsthroughout the year.
• Collaborate with partnersand directors on complex audits and contribute to practice-wideinitiatives.
• Are you ready to take ownershipof engagement finances? You'll manage budgets, negotiate fees, andensure cost-effectiveness.
• Identify, research,and resolve IT audit issues, driving technical excellence acrossyour work.

What arewe looking for?

• Doyou have extensive IT external audit experience in the Bankingsector? A minimum of 8 years is required.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, CISA, CISSP) ispreferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of ITrisks, audit standards, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple audit engagements,client portfolios, and teams.
• Are you a strongleader? We're looking for someone with excellent mentoring andstakeholder management skills.
• A proactivemindset to challenge the status quo, generate innovative ideas, anddrive practice development.
