We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Food Technology teacher to join a progressive and inclusive secondary school in Kensington & Chelsea. This is a great opportunity to contribute to students' learning in a collaborative environment across Keystages 3 & 4.

You would be part of a dedicated technology department delivering lesson in line with the AQA specification. Staff are supported with access to modern facilities, resources and ongoing CPD training.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Food Technology across KS3 & KS4
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire ambition and curiosity.
• Contribute to wider school life through enterprise activities, clubs, or initiatives.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and interventions.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Specialism in Food Technology (or closely related subject).
• Proven experience teaching in UK secondary schools (preferred).
• Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
• Reflective, proactive, and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
