Teaching Assistant

We are looking for people to work on a day to day supply basis.

Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.

• Support students with their learning needs, both individually and in small groups.
• Help with classroom management and organization.
• Foster a nurturing atmosphere that encourages student growth and development.
• Participate in school activities and contribute to a positive school culture.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• You must have experience working in a UK primary school as a teaching assistant
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
• Previous experience in a teaching assistant role or relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• A patient and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of students.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
