Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts on a day-to-day basis, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team and work independently when required.
• Multitask and prioritise workloads in a high-pressure environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating strong listening skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Achieve monthly performance targets.
• Negotiate sales terms and pricing with customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest products and offerings.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills.
