This role requires both theoretical and practical instruction to ensure students gain the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the field.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons covering various aspects of construction, including building regulations, health and safety, site management, and trade skills.
• Assess student work through practical evaluations, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide tailored support and feedback to help students develop their technical abilities.
• Use innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning.
• Guide students on career pathways and industry expectations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum content and teaching strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all educational standards and safeguarding policies.
