Philanthropy Manager

Prospectus are excited to be working with our client to help them recruit a Philanthropy Manager to join their team. This role is with an international non-governmental organization, focused on water, sanitation and hygiene. It was set up in 1981 as a response to the UN International Drinking Water decade. The organisation exists to bring safe and sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene to everyone, everywhere.

This role is offered on a permanent basis paying between £39,358 - £41,325 per annum with flexible hybrid working arrangements at their London office.

Part of the Philanthropy and Trusts Team this multifaceted opportunity is responsible for building a sustainable pipeline of new business prospects with the potential to give at £100k+ per annum. In line with donor requirements you will develop high quality funding propositions and reports and put together creative and engaging solicitation plans to maximise donor engagement and income.

WaterAid are looking for a talented Philanthropy Manager with a demonstrable track record in business development and raising income from new and exciting partnerships. You will be confident in managing a new donor portfolio and be adept at developing strong relationships with individuals, identifying opportunities for growth and innovative engagement.
