We are seeking a motivated and inspiring Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team on their exciting journey towards becoming an Outstanding provision for children with Special Needs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of children with MLD, ASD, Speech and Language Needs, Downs Syndrome, SEMH, and Complex Needs.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the delivery of a bespoke education tailored to individual pupil needs, encompassing both the EYFS and National Curriculum.
• Work in state-of-the-art facilities designed to enhance educational delivery and pupil engagement.
• Assist in small class settings, ensuring personalized attention and support to help each pupil achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced and well-qualified educational professionals dedicated to creating a nurturing and effective learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within special needs education.
• Familiarity with the challenges faced by students with MLD, ASD, Speech and Language Needs, Downs Syndrome, SEMH, and Complex Needs.
• Strong commitment to inclusive education principles and a passion for helping students with special needs succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
• Relevant qualifications that support the role of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
