Key Duties:
- Welcoming visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Handling mail, deliveries, and general administrative tasks
- Maintaining a tidy and efficient reception area
- Supporting wider office operations as needed
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
