Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power PlatformLocation: UK-wide (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £85,000 Security Clearance: SC eligibility required

We are working with a leading global technology and consulting firm, delivering large-scale projects across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. They are seeking a Functional Consultant to join their team, working with clients to design and implement innovative business solutions.

About the RoleAs a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business goals and processes, translate requirements into functional solutions, and guide the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. You will run workshops, capture requirements, manage product backlogs, and advise clients on CRM roadmaps and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run workshops, interviews, and observation sessions with stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements

• Translate requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories following Behavior Driven Development (BDD)

• Own the functional design of solutions to ensure they meet user needs and align with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities

• Advise on business process reengineering and enhancements based on best practices

• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to outline high-level and low-level designs

• Excite clients with the "art of the possible" and support CRM roadmaps

• Work in Agile teams, planning sprints and releases

Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, limitations, and CRM business processes

• Experience in full lifecycle CRM implementations and Agile delivery

• Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements via workshops and interviews

• Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions and functional designs

• Strong consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, engaging with all levels from C-suite to end-users

• Desire to continuously develop knowledge of Microsoft technology stack

• Scrum Master experience is beneficial

• Recent Microsoft certifications are an advantage

• This role is UK-wide, with hybrid working (office, client site, and home)

• Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance

• Salary up to £85,000
