They re looking for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer someone bright, motivated, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You ll join a collaborative team, work hands-on with cutting-edge technology, and receive support from experienced engineers who want to help you thrive.

What you ll be doing as their Junior Manufacturing Engineer:

• Getting hands-on with aerospace components and learning how they re made, assembled, and tested

• Supporting process improvement projects on the shop floor

• Working closely with senior engineers and production teams to solve real manufacturing challenges

• Using tools like CAD, quality systems, and lean methodologies (training provided!)

• Building the kind of technical confidence and experience you can t get from a spreadsheet

What we re looking for :

• A degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related Engineering discipline

• Some experience in a hands-on or technical role this could be from a placement, project, or your current job

• A genuine interest in how things are made and a desire to keep learning

• Someone who s proactive, curious, and ready to grow
