What are we looking for?

• A recent graduate (any discipline) with a sporting background.
• Eager to learn qualities, with a high drive for success.
• Impeccable organisational skills
• A strong communicator, who can adapt to a fast paced environment
• An innate quality of networking and cultivating connections

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling candidates, screening them and shortlisting them to specific jobs.
• Speaking to clients, negotiating terms and arranging interviews between them and candidates.
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
• Closing deals and billing big!
