Cleaning Site Manager London

This is a 24/7 operation, you will be required to work different hours to meet operational demands, including regular night shifts.

We are looking for a Cleaning Site Manager to join our transport division, managing cleaning operations across two closely located sites in North London. overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high cleaning standards, compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading a team of supervisors and operatives. The manager will also serve as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract adherence.

As a Cleaning Site Manager, you ll be:

• Maintaining strong client relationship with high levels of satisfaction
• Providing and maintaining the quality-of-service delivery
• Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams
• Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager.
• Be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
• Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.

As a Cleaning Site Manager, you ll have:

• Experience managing cleaning contracts
• Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems
• Ability to work to tight timescales
• Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy
