SEN Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a specialist SEN school in Dunstable looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant after the February half-term.

This role involves supporting pupils across different classes with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD and Global Developmental Delay. You will help pupils access learning, build confidence and support their overall development within a supportive school environment.

The position will begin as a temporary role, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Long-term role in a supportive SEN setting £90-£100 per day, depending on experience Weekly PAYE pay Free CPD and training opportunities Ongoing support from a dedicated Tradewind consultant Opportunity to make a genuine difference to pupils' progress

Has experience working with children or young people with additional needs Is patient, positive and reliable Works well as part of a team Holds a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one
