Toolmaker/CNC Operator

Location: Stevenage

Salary: up to £40,000

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8-5 and Friday 8-4

You must have experience within this role in an Injection Moulding setting.

Toolmaker - Key Responsibilities:

• Use of manual milling machines
• Use of lathes
• Use of surface and cylindrical grinders
• Use of manual and CNC spark eroders
• Use of CNC wire eroder
• Modification & repair of Injection Mould Tools
• Manufacture and fitting of new injection mould tools
• Using hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grinders
• Wiring of Hot runner systems and fault findin

Toolmaker - Skills and Experience required:

• Experience in Injection Mould Toolmaking
• Experience of fitting and assembly of complex mould tools
• High attention to detail
