Assistant Site / Finishing Mgr - Residential - Hayes, West LDN

I am currently in need of an Assistant Site / Finishing Manager to join the existing team on a new build development of 80 units in Hayes, West London. The project is currently at 1st fix stage and the suitable candidate will be required to manage the project through to final snag & handover. Programme length is running until September 2025

The Candidate - must be capable of managing finishing trades, working to snagging sheets, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site and Q/A.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
