Are you passionate about food and eager to take your career to the next level? Our client is looking for a dynamic Sous Chef to join this incredible new venue. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, working alongside a talented team to craft delicious dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety, as well as providing support to the Head Chef.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment, contributing to high standards

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A self-motivated attitude, with a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

• A thorough understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations

• The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
