Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that meet the National Curriculum
• Plan and assess work to ensure all students are making progress
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
• Support students' academic and personal development
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure student success
• Uphold high standards of classroom management and student behaviour

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (KS3/KS4, or KS5 where applicable)
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for your specialist area
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students
• A commitment to professional development and school improvement initiatives
