Responsibilities include:

Assisting patients with frame and lens selection Supporting dispensing and taking measurements Pre-screening and basic clinical support Handling collections, fittings, and adjustments Managing appointments and reception duties Processing orders and maintaining accurate records Delivering excellent customer service consistently Working closely with the wider practice team What We're Looking For Previous optical experience is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive and professional attitude Well organised with good attention to detail Keen to continue learning and developing within optics Confident using practice systems and technology This opportunity would suit somebody looking for long-term stability, career progression, and the chance to work within a professional optical group that genuinely supports its staff.
