The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding client relationships, providing technical expertise, and delivering energy-efficient solutions that align with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to quote BMS upgrades from existing portfolios and respond to technical inquiries for Managed Services.
- Present upgrades, optimisations, and proposed works to clients.
- Support the Sales team by addressing technical queries and requirements.
- Create and manage trackers to monitor client activities and progress.
- Manage client portfolios, including risk assessments and hosting client meetings.
- Ensure high client retention rates by fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities for energy optimisation, future operations, and innovation.
- Collaborate with clients to review and implement energy-related enhancements.
