Job Requirements/Description

IT Support Engineer (1st to 3rd line)

London based

The candidate will provide these services to the end customer:

  • End-user device support (Windows/Mac desktops/laptops)
  • Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
  • Network patching and basic networking fixes
  • Software installation and basic troubleshooting
  • New user setup, movers and leaver offboarding
  • Asset Management
  • Ticket triage and escalation
  • 1st and 2nd line support

Candidates will need to have:

  • Strong field experience
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Halo PSA, Autotask, Service Now etc).
  • Familiarity with RMM tools like (Datto RMM, Ninja RMM etc)
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Work well under pressure
