We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Client Operations Associate to join a highly respected investment management firm in the heart of London!

CLIENT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE- 12 Month FTC

Salary: £40-50kLocation: London

This role is 12-month FTC, with the possibility of extension or permanent hire.

What you'll do: Maintain accurate data within internal systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. Assist with the creation and timely distribution of detailed reports to clients, supporting their ongoing investment needs. Process new client applications efficiently and input trades into relevant systems with precision and care. Handle dealing points for investments by facilitating share purchases or sales on behalf of clients while assisting with cash settlement processes. Manage incoming payments from clients and support bank reconciliation activities to ensure financial accuracy. Resolve client email enquiries using the case management system, consistently meeting industry-leading service level agreements. Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to clients over the phone, addressing their queries promptly and professionally. Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the team or wider business, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed. Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless operational support for both clients and internal stakeholders. Contribute actively to process improvements by sharing feedback and participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience.

What you bring:

A working in an operational capacity within financial services or asset management is essential. A keen eye for detail with proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy when entering data or processing transactions. Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport quickly with clients as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication abilities that allow you to resolve enquiries clearly and courteously across multiple channels. A proactive approach towards learning new systems or procedures coupled with enthusiasm for self-improvement within a demanding work environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure during busy periods. Willingness to take initiative by offering support on ad-hoc projects or suggesting improvements that benefit both clients and colleagues alike. Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for reporting purposes along with familiarity navigating CRM or case management systems.
