Damp and Mould Operative

We are currently looking for a Damp and Mould Operative in the Hemel Hempstead, working for a well established Housing Association. This is a permanent position, working on reactive repairs team within domestic properties.In this Damp and Mould Operative role, you will be responsible for:

• Removing damp and mould from social housing properties
• Applying mould treatments to walls
• Driving to different locations across Hertfordshire
• General maintenance such as basic joinery, basic plumbing, patch tiling, patch plastering and painting etc

We are looking for a Damp and Mould Operative who:

• Ideally has a trade background in either painting or plastering
• Holds a full UK driving licence
• Has their own hand tools
• Has experience in a similar role dealing with damp and mould

In return, the Damp and Mould Operative will receive:

• £35,000 base salary
• Company van and fuel card included
• Specialist tools provided
• Various bonus schemes available
• Overtime available
• Call out available
