As a Partner Services Executive, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide outstanding support to our clients. From solving problems to processing orders, and from customer education to collaborating with teams, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every interaction is seamless and positive.

Key responsibilities of a Partner Services Executive:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Assist with order placements, tracking, and modifications.
• Collect feedback to continuously improve our customer experience.
• Support ad-hoc projects, including training, events, and showroom planning.
