Milk Education are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Teaching Assistant to work across mainstream secondary schools in East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring all students - including those with additional needs - are fully supported to access learning and reach their potential.

The schools you'll be working with are inclusive, forward-thinking, and supportive, with values rooted in diversity and equality. As an Inclusion TA, you'll be an integral part of the team, promoting pupil confidence, independence, and success in both academic and personal development.

• Supporting pupils with additional needs to access mainstream lessons

• Promoting inclusion, acceptance, and engagement in the classroom

• Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions tailored to pupil needs

• Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to provide effective support

• Recent experience supporting young people in education (mainstream or SEN)

• Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare, Education, or relevant experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
