Support Worker

Salary: £12.32 per hour

The Role
They are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join their residential and supported living services, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live fulfilling and independent lives.
As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure their safety and well-being. You will work closely with their service leads and registered manager to ensure that each individual s Support plan is followed, and their needs are met. Duties will include providing person centred support, managing behaviours that challenge, encouraging social inclusion, and supporting individuals in developing, maintaining, and enhancing life skills.
