M&E Supervisor (Mayfair)

M&E / Supervisor, Mayfair, immediate start, temp-perm role, 25- 26 ph

We're looking for an experienced M&E Engineer (Electrical Bias) to take on a supervisory role at a prestigious high-end restaurant in Mayfair. This temp-to-perm position offers an excellent opportunity to transition into a permanent role within a respected company.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervisory - Overseeing and planning work schedules for engineers, producing documentation and reports, and ensuring smooth operations.
Guidance & Support - Acting as the first point of contact for engineers, providing advice and solutions for any technical issues or questions.
Hands-On Work (Limited) - Occasional assistance on tools when required, ensuring M&E systems, including air conditioning, lighting, and electrical systems, are maintained effectively.

Requirements:
Electrical qualification (18th Edition preferred) or equivalent experience.
Strong background in M&E/building services, including electrical systems, lighting, AC, and plumbing.
Experience in a supervisory or lead engineer role, managing schedules, documentation, and compliance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-end hospitality environment.
