Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, fault-finding, and repair tasks on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) in line with service schedules.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues across designated sites.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with other engineers and the wider facilities team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant trade (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
• Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
