Property & Asset Management Surveyor

We are seeking a Property & Asset Management Surveyor to support the Director and Senior Surveyor in managing a mixed commercial and residential portfolio. The role focuses on lettings, lease events and day to day property operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Letting of vacant commercial units, liaising with agents, conducting viewings and assisting with heads of terms.
• Supporting rent reviews, lease renewals and re gears, including research and documentation.
• Preparing service charge budgets, tracking expenditure and ensuring transparency with tenants.
• Instructing tradespeople, overseeing repairs and maintaining buildings and communal areas.
• Carrying out regular site inspections across North London, Hertfordshire and Essex.

ABOUT YOU

MRICS/AssocRICS preferred with experience in lettings, lease events and service charge management. Strong communication, organisation and IT skills essential.
