We are seeking an Administrator to join our team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with business support experience within the housing sector. The position offers a hybrid working model, requiring presence in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work from home the remaining days.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support within a team of 5
- Manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth running of office activities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and maintain records.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Support team members with the execution of contracts and agreements.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business support, ideally within the housing sector.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
