Transport Planner

Transport Coordinator (Temp to Perm)We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our clients fast-paced transport coordination team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, ideal for someone looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.You'll be responsible for arranging transport using both fleet and subcontractors to meet customer requirements. While previous experience in transport is a plus, it's not essential-full training and support provided. Location: Office-based (with potential for hybrid working after training) Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £25,500 - £27,000 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, between 06:30 and 17:30? Typical shifts: 06:30-15 00-16 00-17:30 (allocated weekly based on business needs)What You'll Need to Succeed• Confident communicator - especially over the phone• Strong organisational skills - able to prioritise tasks effectively• Excellent attention to detail - essential for success in this role• Basic IT skills - familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook (training provided on in-house systems)• ? Hybrid working potential - after training, depending on performance and preference• Transport/logistics experience - advantageous but not requiredAdditional Information• On-call duties may be required once fully trained• ?
