Maintenance Technician

Join a rapidly expanding company recently listed on the London Stock Exchange! Facilities by ADF is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team.

Location: Longcross, Surrey, KT16 0EF
Salary: £30,000 per annum, plus a competitive benefits package
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (45 hours per week, including paid breaks)

Facilities by ADF plc provides serviced vehicle hire for television and film productions in the UK and Europe, specialising in on-location support for dramas and major features. The company has big development plans due to the continued growth of the Film and TV industry and company acquisition.

Maintenance Technician Main Duties:

- Interior Maintenance of bespoke vehicle & trailer conversions

- Exterior Maintenance of bespoke vehicle & trailer conversions

- Winterisation / Habitation services

- Fault Diagnosis & rectification

- Damp testing

- Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom fitting and plumbing

- General modifications to original vehicle

- Work to vehicle build specifications

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

Essential:

- Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

- Be familiar with using power tools

- Must be able to deliver consistently under pressure

- Great attention to detail

- Team player

Desirable

- Possess a range of skills and knowledge associated with the fabrication and manufacture of commercial vehicle bodywork
