• Must have UK QTS (or be in the process of gaining it)

• Strong academic background - Degree, A Levels, and GCSEs

• Confident classroom practitioner with evidence of Good or Outstanding teaching

• Passionate about Science education and committed to student progress

• Positive team player who welcomes feedback and collaboration

• Rated 'Good' by Ofsted (2022) - good in all key areas: quality of education, behaviour, leadership, and personal development
