Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Are you interested in playing a major role in supporting people internationally who are in need of emergency support? That s why we are supporting an organisation who focus their work around supporting women and young people with the recruitment of a Microsoft Dynamics Developer.

This is a contracted role, available on full-time basis and the salary is £61,558 FTE (£49,558 salary plus £12,000 market premium pro-rata). This is a hybrid role, with travel to the London office required.

Within this important role, you will report to the CRM Product Owner and develop solutions through designing and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet the needs of different departments across the organisation. You will lead innovation by implementing integrations through platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
You will work closely with stakeholders across departments and ensure their needs are turned into technical solutions. You will have a hands-on approach and provide training, maintain documentation, and offer ongoing support to ensure colleagues can maximise the potential of CRM systems. Additionally, you will represent the IT and Data team in meetings and contributing to organisational strategies.

You will have proven experience in developing and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will have strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP capabilities. You will have proficiency in .NET Framework, Web API, and SQL Server (SSRS, FetchXML) and experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, and SQL.

You will have familiarity with Microsoft Azure and data integration/migration projects. You will also have experience with Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver CRM and database training to staff members. You will be a problem solver, with excellent attention to detail.
