Atrium EMEA are looking for an accomplished Senior Client Services Associate to be based in the London office. You will service clients across different market segments and/or regions with multiple countries and languages. 4 days a week required in office. PAYE/Umbrella options.

• Serve as the main contact for day-to-day client inquiries and will manage different types of investigations including resolutions on specific products such as payment, trade or any other product/service issues.
• Provide functional support to internal clients including data collection and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance information on clients
• You will also provide day to day servicing support to Relationship Management and maintain positive client experience to our existing and potential new clients

Essential:

• Direct Client Facing Experience within Financial Services
• Experience of correspondent banking
• Understanding of payment/trade products and end to end payments life cycle.
• Experience of discussing client digital solutions to clients
• Experience of working in a global team
• Client services/ client engagement
• AML/KYC knowledge helpful as well as asset servicing
