We are seeking an Agency Sport and Public Services Lecturer to join our team at the South East London Campus. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching in sport and public services. The position is ideal for candidates who are specialists in their field and are looking for flexible working hours.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and informative lectures and workshops in sport and public services on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (full days).
- Conduct additional half-day sessions on Thursday and Friday afternoons.
- Prepare course materials and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
- Opportunities for additional hours in other areas if the candidate has specialisations in other subjects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Relevant degree or professional qualification in sports, public services, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lecturing or teaching, preferably in higher education.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying teaching schedules.
