Branch Supervisor

As a Branch Supervisor based in Colindale, you’ll be responsible for:  

• Supporting the Branch Manager in running the branch’s day-to-day activities, including all operating processes and procedures

• Take charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable

• Supervise and motivate the team to achieve branch goals

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to increase the business at the branch

• Warehouse duties which will involve heavy manual work

This is a full-time, permanent, role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07.30am - 17.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.

• Industry or merchant experience is advantageous

• Proven experience in supervising a team in a sales and customer service environment

• Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic

• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
