The Role:

We're looking for an experienced paralegal to join our residential property department. You'll be handling a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Working on a mix caseload of purchases and sales
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Providing exceptional client care throughout the process

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• Experience using case management systems
